Our Technical Services group consists of a team of skilled technical engineers located in both our UK & Czech regional HQ’s. Our engineers provide advice and technical support internally for our sales and marketing functions as well as externally to partners and end-customers.

Pre-sales technical support is an integral aspect in our out-tasked services. Optionally, manufacturers can add our post-sales support function for multi-language 1st, 2nd and even 3rd level support. Our fast expanding Eastern Europe post-sales support group provides high quality local language support for numerous manufacturers.
