Charging Methodology
Arrosys, we share your investment risk as well as the reward
Our methodology is to share our client’s investment risk. Prior to entering into any commercial agreement Arrosys carefully assess our own ability to achieve the objectives required by both our potential client and ourselves. We jointly agree the success criteria and only enter into agreements where we are able to offer a charging methodology that is primarily based upon our ability to achieve the objectives. This provides a number of significant advantages over our competitors:
- Reduced fixed cost element
Our fee structure is weighted towards achievement of results. Many consultancy and sales agent organisations charge either a single project fee or an hourly/daily rate. The upfront cost is therefore high and there is little guarantee of the required objectives being fulfilled.
- Results focussed
Greater than 50% of our charges will be based upon the achievement of results.
- Collaborative business relationship
We become an intrinsic component within our client’s organisation. Our focus on results demonstrates our belief and commitment in you as well as ourselves.
